Service Limitations

Effective Date: 15 April 2026

Primarius Concierge Services provides coordination and facilitation only. The following limitations explicitly apply to all engagements.

1. No Financial Intermediation

We do not receive, hold, manage, or transfer client investment funds, purchase money, deposits, or any other financial assets. All payments for materials, contractors, equipment, or any project-related costs are made directly by the client to the supplier, contractor, or transporter. We never act as an escrow agent or payment processor. Any request to handle funds will be declined.

2. No Legal or Financial Advice

Information provided about investment opportunities, contracts, or regulatory matters is for informational purposes only. We are not licensed attorneys or financial advisors. You should seek independent legal and financial counsel before making investment decisions or signing binding agreements.

3. No Guarantee of Supplier Performance

While we vet and verify suppliers/contractors through available public records, references, and site visits, we do not guarantee their workmanship, delivery times, financial solvency, or compliance with Zimbabwean laws. Any disputes with suppliers must be resolved directly between the client and the supplier. We may assist as a neutral facilitator at an additional fee.

4. Geographic & Logistics Limitations

Our coordination services are primarily focused on Zimbabwe. For remote locations (beyond 300 km from major cities), we may require additional lead time and custom quotations. We are not responsible for delays caused by road conditions, fuel shortages, or third-party transporters.

5. No Ownership or Control Over Projects

We do not take ownership, management control, or decision-making authority over your project or investment. The client retains full control and responsibility for all project outcomes, approvals, and changes.

6. Confidentiality Limitations

We will keep your project details confidential, but we may need to share specific information (e.g., delivery address, bill of materials) with suppliers or transporters to perform the service. We are not liable for a supplier’s breach of confidentiality.

7. No Liability for Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by war, civil unrest, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or disruptions in Zimbabwe’s infrastructure (power, internet, transport).

8. Maximum Service Term

Monthly monitoring engagements automatically renew unless terminated. We reserve the right to discontinue services to any client who misuses our facilitators, provides false information, or fails to pay our service fees.
